Great service this week at Pep Boys! I came in without an appointment but had my vehicle serviced quickly. I was kept up to date, explained my options and then the wirk was completed quickly and at a great price!

I must say, I had an excellent experience at Pep Boys. Ferrin was extremely welcoming and made me feel confident that I could trust her with my vehicle’s needs. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to carefully inspect every concern regarding my car. It has been a long time since I’ve felt this level of trust in an automotive service company, but Pep Boys made that possible again. The store was clean, the staff was friendly, and the overall service was exceptional. I truly appreciate Ferrin and the entire team!

Great job on my SUV. Jacob helped me on my discount for my oil change and went though my inspection. He always remembers me and makes me feel valued. Great services always and also explains everything. Always a satisfactory service.

I had a great experience at Pep Boys! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. Ferrin was especially helpful throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what my car needed without making me feel pressured. It’s hard to find great customer service these days, but Ferrin definitely went above and beyond. I really appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable auto care!

I had a great experience at this tire shop. The staff was professional, friendly, and got me back on the road quickly. A special thank you to Ferrin for providing outstanding customer service. Ferrin was knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and made sure my tire service was completed efficiently. The shop was clean, the work was done promptly, and the pricing was fair. It's refreshing to find a business that truly cares about its customers. I highly recommend this tire shop and will definitely return for future tire and automotive needs. Thanks again, Ferrin, for the excellent service!
